Shipping & Returns

This page explains how shipping, lead times and returns work when you order from Vapesale.

1. Where we ship

We ship from our EU warehouse to all 27 EU member states. Customs and duties within the EU are handled from our bonded warehouse, so you receive a door-to-door delivery.

2. Lead times

  • Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of cleared payment.
  • Standard EU delivery is 2 to 5 business days with tracking.
  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary by destination and carrier.

3. Minimum order

The minimum order is 10 boxes (100 pieces), for both businesses and private buyers. Flavours can be mixed within the minimum order and split across multiple SKUs and brands.

4. Payment and dispatch

We invoice in EUR by proforma and dispatch once cleared payment is received. Tracking details are shared on dispatch.

5. Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your delivery on arrival. Report any damaged or incorrect items within 7 days with photographic evidence. For verified claims we arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Returns

Sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons may be exempt from return once unsealed. Where a consumer right of withdrawal applies under your national law, it is honoured accordingly. Contact us before returning any item so we can advise on the process.
